To our lovely customers,
We want to reach out to you with information about our policies regarding the Coronavirus as it continues to effects us all during these unprecedented times.
Firstly, we want to share with you our policies and the steps we are taking to ensure everyone is healthy and protected. The team behind Bellybambino are working hard to provide you with an excellent level of service. One of the perks of being a small business is that the risks of contamination are very low.
However, whilst the Coronavirus is still out there, we have put strict policies in place to ensure cleanliness and hygiene remains our top priority. We thoroughly sanitise our hands and work areas before and after each shift to prevent contamination of products, and our baskets are well packaged and protected on their journey to you. We are following the social distance guidelines, and making sure everyone here at Bellybambino stays safe.
Orders can be placed and will be shipped as per normal, unless a situation of self-isolation occurs, in which case we'll notify you on when you can expect your order to be shipped. There may be a slight delay in international orders reaching you, but we will ship them out in a timely manner as per normal. Royal Mail are experiencing some delays at present, so your order may take up to a week after dispatch to reach you.
If you are concerned about receiving parcels in the post, please don't be. Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the Coronavirus, but if you are worried you can quarantine your parcel for 48 hours once you receive it to reduce the risks further. You can find out more information about this on the Royal Mail website.
In this uncertain world, we would like to ask that you don't forget the smaller, independent businesses like us. We are doing all we can (professionally & personally) to ensure that others around us are safe and healthy. Every order you place is so appreciated - Thank you for your continued support in this difficult time.
Stay safe, and thank you all once again.
Lots of love, the Bellybambino family
